connect Yaesu DR1 with MMDVM cabling

I want to connect DR1 with MMDVM. Just wondering about the connection because I have seen already three of them. For example this one:  I'd like to be sure for 100% before cabling. Can I go ahead with your cabling version?



I found I needed to connect my transmit audio to pin 6 (tone or CTCSS). Connecting to pin 7 caused the pitch of the audio to be too high. We need a flat audio input.
